Requirements (For all the 6 ME)

1.Bachelor or above major in mechanical is requested.
2.Minimum 3 years antenna related design experience;
3.Be dedicated with good communication, high responsibility and good team work spirit;
4.Good written and spoken English; Good communication skills;
5.Familiar with SAP, SolidWorks, simulation software and office software.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities for ME (Need Headcount: 3)

1.Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.
2.Develops own resources to solve problems and provides imaginative solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems. Assumes responsibility for a definable portion of a project.
3.Performs research, design and development in such areas as mechanical, transmission, measurement.
4.Applies research to planning, design and development of mechanical systems.
5.Conducts feasibility studies and tests new modified designs.
6.May direct or coordinate work of drafters, technicians and other non-exempt personnel. Provide mentoring/Suggestion to junior engineers from both technical and project management perspectives.
7.May direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication.

Responsibilities for ME (Product Optimization) (Need Headcount: 1)

1.Antenna structure, component optimization and redesign.
2.Looking for the cost reduction opportunities and processing the evaluation, such as automation, alternative material, simplify the manufacture process and so on.
3.Review current procedures and work closely with production line for the manufacture, package, delivery procedure standardize and solve the issues.
4.Communication with the cross functional team, such as purchasing, operation, Financial, supplier, etc..
5.Finish the tasks assigned by management and report the results timely.


Responsibilities for ME (Future Technology) (Need Headcount: 2)

1.Work closely with future technology team to intergrade the FT products to antenna, provide the solutions for sure both antenna and FT products work excellence;
2.Work closely with FT team and different design center to implement new technology or process into antenna design, provide guideline/whitepaper for team to follow;
3.Responsible for assigned projects design tasks, which include design concept finalization, 3D drawings creation, tolerance analysis, BOM and assembly drawings check and so on;
4.Work with team to assure project technical issues can be solved effectively and projects suitable for mass production;
5.Other tasks been assigned by leaders or managers.
