- Product Lifecycle Manager for Industrial Communication & Industrial Identification

Mission
- Responsible for the product lifecycle management process of Industrial Communication & Identification products and requirement definitions for localized and world wide products regarding Chinese market requirements.
- Analyze market /trends/key industries/customer needs/new technology regarding industrial communication and industrial identification.
- Build up a deep understanding of the needs within the Industrial Communication & Identification market (applications) in China.
- Define market requirements and discuss product portfolio with HQ ( 4P )
- Lead the product lifecycle process for the localized products and take part in product definition process / review process for new world wide product developments to make the products successful in the Chinese market.
- Preparing and follow up production forecast, controls the ramp up phase and quality for localized products.
- Drive an IC product roadmap for existing and emerging markets in China

- Focus on product groups INC (Industrial Ethernet, Security, Wireless) and IID (Industrial Identification).

Task
- Owner of the PLM process for the IC products in China
- China Market Analysis (Customer requirements, Competition status)
- Market Study to evaluate new technology for new product
- Define the products Requirements/Specification and Schedule
- Review and drive the products Feature Spec and R&D process
- Define the products marketing strategy (Pricing, Positioning, Channel strategies, Target market segment)
- Develop Local product launch program; conduct industry value proposition, products & application training to sales and channels
- Work closely with Products business development team to develop growth program Knowledge
- Derive innovative applications

Knowledge
- Know how regarding IT and/or industrial networks (switch, wireless LAN)
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management
- Knowledge concerning Factory & Process Automation
- Experience with R&D processes
- Business plans & models
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Team work skill
- Sales process Know how
- Good English is mandatory

Experience
- Over 3 years experience in industry communication field.
- Target branch DI and SI background.
- Working in international teams due to a close collaboration with BD, promoter and regional sales.

Education
- Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related
