职位描述：
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
Understand and analyze customer requirements, prepares associated documentation by performing operational analyses, simulations and technical trade-off studies identifying alternative design configurations and functional features. Prepares specialised ATC system analyses based on polytechnic engineering skills and detail knowledge of the ATCS domain.
- Work close with product line manager understand the product line, create product line protfolio.
- Perform the maketing information and industry analysis.
- Create technical solution for new market segment / new cutomer requirment, inclduing the customer presentation material and internal RFQs, indentify the gaps and impacts.
- Communicate with customer, understand the customer needs, and present the technical solutions, sales technical support.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求
- B.A.Sc in Electrical, Computer, System Design Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of railway electronic system and railway signalling techniques, familiarity with military and automated train control systems specifications and standards
- Familiarity with modern software development methodology tools and software specification.
- Knowledge of specification-driven systems design (as it applies to computer systems with both hardware and software operation).
- Work with international team for 3 years and abroad workshop experiences
