职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. To develop and grow Edwards business in China market
2. To contribute to the business / sales strategies and objectives for dedicated accounts
3. To contribute to the success of the Edwards strategy in dedicated area by managing the accounts and supporting sales activities
4. Monitoring / managing business related activities, administration and procurement operation to ensure strategy is aligned and target is met
5. To manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan; meanwhile, achieve the balance between customer satisfaction and company benefit
6. Ensure all the business supporting function departments are aligned with the business strategy
7. To establish / develop senior level relationship with customers to increase visibility of Edwards in front of customer senior managers
8. Be responsible for the annual sales budget for dedicated accounts
9. Responsible for the annual budget in China.
10. Be responsible for payment collection
11. (Occasionally) responsible to purchase within defined scope upon line manager's permission and use company system.

Requirements:
1. Good sales and negotiation skills; Good presentation skill; good interpersonal skill on both individual and team work; good computer skill; good influencing skill
2. Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or significant experience in the semiconductor industry
3. At least 5 years of working experience as sales and semiconductor industry experience is preferred; good and successful sales team management experience is preferred.
