Reporting to the e-Commerce Manager, the incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations of Nespresso’s digital B2B Boutique including but not limited to platforms such as official website, mobile site, mobile APP and official store on 3rd party platform. The incumbent is responsible to ensure the availability of product contents and features according to local campaigns and global product launch, facilitating platforms enhancements and developments with our headquarters, to convert visitors into customers as well as devising business plans in order to provide the best-in-class digital user experience and achieve business targets. The incumbent will also contribute to support any developments on new e-Commerce initiatives for Nespresso, the brand that commits to deliver the ultimate coffee experience.
Job Responsibilities:
? Assist e-Commerce Manager to design and execute the yearly plan in cooperation with local and HQ eBusiness teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out
? To ensure a constant fast, updated, bug free user experience on all digital touch points, following International eBusiness guidelines
? To update the content system (set-up, activation) to reflect the latest content and imagery (global launch, local campaign) with CMS system
? To activate local and global campaigns on digital touch points to drive additional sales
? To provide seamless experience from acquisition call-to-action to landing pages and achieve enhanced campaign conversion rate
? To conduct performance tests on technical developments of digital platforms
? To monitor external, site centric and CRC indicators to report and consolidate digital KPIs (sales, search engine ranking, conversion funnel, average basket, customer’s complaints, channel share…)
? To escalate any major issue affecting conversion rate, new member’s activation or volume of online sales to relevant stakeholders.
? To assist e-Commerce manager on cross-sell, upsell possible solutions
? To concur to the overall eBusiness objective of providing best-in-class digital customer experience
? To participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience in cooperation with CRM and eBusiness team.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
? Knowledge in HTML, experience across multiple CMS. Knowledge of CSS, Javascript and SEO optimization would definitely be a plus
? Minimum 1 year of experience in webmastering / eCommerce platforms management (including official website, mobile site & mobile APP)
? Experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization, analytics)
? Experienced in SEO optimization and understanding of online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites are of definite advantage
? Knowledge of Omni-channel business management would be a plus
? Experience of Project management and campaign management
? Possess e-Commerce business acumen, sensitive to local e-Commerce trends
? Good analytical skills performing sales figures analysis
? Detailed minded, flawless execution ability, responsible with excellent organization and coordination skills
? Quick learner, good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with different stakeholders including local and headquarters
? Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
? Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
