职位描述：

Key Tasks

1 Booking with Carriers / Shipping Agents / Subcontractors via Sea Warders or Dock Receipt Application System or Fax / Email, and send booking confirmation to Customer Service.

2 Follow up Pre-Manifest and Loading Manifest with Carriers / Shipping Agents.

3 Check SOB information and advice related Parties.

4 Liaise with Carrier / Shipping Agents.

5 Update supervisors on standard of carriers and shipment / production forecast.

6 Update and inform supervisors of forecasted space and resources requirement for capacity planning / capacity management and resources allocation with carriers.

7 Inform supervisors of any irregularities and claims or problems that require assistance

8 Feedback pre-claim details and status to carriers / subcontractors.

9 Incident management – handle Carriers / Subcontractors inquiries and complaints.

10 Carry out approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures and system made by supervisors.

11 To take up additional tasks as assigned.

12 Back up for other team members when necessary.

Requirements:

1 Over 2 Years working experience of Ocean Freight.

2 Good communication and interpersonal skills

3 Ability to communicate openly and confidently

4 Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces

5 High priority for teamwork

6 Ready to take personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals

7 Act as a Role Model for Corporate Values and fully adhere to the Code of Conduct
