每周上班天数为：4-5天
实习期为4个月
实习津贴（税前）：80元/日
工作地点：上海浦东陆家嘴中国保险大厦23楼


JOB DESCRIPTION
 1. Student will be assigned to a manager in the UPS China Legal Department
 2. Students are expected to handle the following work:
 a. Legal research and writing
 b. Drafting Corporate Documents
 c. Conducting Due Diligence
 d. Document Translation /Language Assistance
 e. Shadowing (accompanying attorney to client meetings, conference, etc.)

 REQUIREMENTS
 - 3rd or 4th year university student or graduate student in the field of Law
 - Available for work 4-5 days a week and work for 4 months
 - Good communication skills, written & verbal especially in English
 - Familiar with software applications from Microsoft including Words, Excel & Power Point
 - Able to communicate in lively discussions & be in a position to ’negotiate’ where applicable
 - Good knowledge of foundational concepts of law 举报 分享
