职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.Manage the design company in all architectural and structural related topics
2.Ensure ** and international guidelines are followed during design and implementation phase
3.Design review during conceptual, basic, detail design phase.
4.Construction drawing review for constructability, coordinate with design manager to take effective and early measures to lower the influence of change on site construction and project cost
5.Review construction documents submitted by contractors, ensures all documents related are well maintained.
6.Check construction material, mock up to ensure them fit with standard, contract and code.
7.Monitor site construction to ensure the targets of quality, progress, and safety have been achieved, require contractors for immediate rectification or improvement and report to supervisor for any work not subject to project working procedures or site safety program.
8.Attend all kinds of acceptance related such as sub-item construction works.
9.Organize and coordinate walk down, collect and track punch list until closure.

Job specific Competencies & Skills
Must have plant construction/expansion/ modification experience
Familiar with GMP requirements
Working experience in EPCM company or owner position is preferred

Good Team corporation attitude and strong teamwork spirit

Background
Bachelor degree with major in civil structure architecture related
Pharmaceutical plant working experience is required
