职位描述：
Investment Operations Analyst
Location: Nanjing, PRC
The Security Operations team processes investment activity for domestic and international transactions. The Securities Specialist may process security transactions to internal asset servicing and accounting systems, monitor domestic and international settlement activity, and verify and process dividend, interest and principal payments for client accounts, and work with seuciritization models and reconciliations.
Experience, Education and Responsibilities May Include:
1.Use systems to process transactions
2.Support and communicate professionally with Cortland teams and clients to resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
3.Research and resolve differences between internal systems and custodian banks and prime brokers.
4.Follow internal policies and procedures and adhere to applicable securities processing regulations.
5.Other projects, research, and improvements.
Qualifications:
1.Knowledge of trade settlement and securities processing a plus.
2.Understanding of bank loans or securitization a plus.
3.Working knowledge of dividends, interest and principal payment processing a plus.
4.Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
5.Responsive, friendly, professional and proactive communication approach.
6.Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
7.Proficiency using financial systems and Microsoft Excel a plus.

4.具有较强的工作责任心、抗压能力、风险控制能力、以及专业的职业道德和敬业精神；
5.具有丰富的证券基础理论知识，善于进行行业研究和挖掘；
6.熟练使用财务系统和Excel加分；
7.了解贸易结算和证券处理，了解银行贷款或证券化加分。
