Title:HR Generalist
Summary:The HR Generalist will be responsible for the HR generic supports in Employee Relationship, Performance & Salary Review, HRIS Reconciliation and HR Administration.
Reports to: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibility:
HR Operations 40%
New Hire onboarding and termination process
Contract renewal process for both office and store employees
Org-Chart Update
Manage the e-Leave system in both system improvement and administration, e.g. Notice for payroll related leave or untaken leaves etc.
Assist in HR ad hoc tasks or project as assigned from time to time, including but not limited to, annual commercial insurance contract review process; annual physical checkup coordination; accumulated working hour application and renewal process etc.,
Exit Interview
Employee Relationship - 20%
Responsible for Employee of Quarter recognition program, support on other engagement activity and training program as and when required
Assist in a timely update and communicate to staff for HR related policy and process
Understand staff issues if any and flag upward for attention or follow up actions
HRIS - 20%
Ensure the HRIS data is up to date and up to requirement with monthly checking reports and follow up action
Supply the staff data reports as required from time to time
Performance Management Process - 20%
Follow up new join/transfer/promoted staff's new goal set as per the required timeline
Responsible to follow up performance review cycle in guideline communication, system access facilitation, timeline and progress checking
Assist in salary review process and provide data in both checking or simulation process
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Overall: HR generic roles for 5 years or above
3. Good in excel PPT, fluent in written English and workable in oral English
4. Good facilitation and communication skills
5. Knowledge of China labor law
6. Knowledge of HRIS and other HR system is preferred
