职位描述：
主要职责:
1. Fully comply with company SHEQ rule and procedure, attend safety training and safety meeting.
2. Ensure all EDWARDS’ pumps and scrubbers are installed and commissioned correctly according to procedure, and that equipment is working to specification.
3. Ensure the preventive maintenance is finished on high quality and on schedule.
4. Ensure the BOP/SOP is fully followed when do service activity on site.
5. Arrange and carry out basic training courses for customer’ staffs on major overhaul of EDWARDS equipment, ensuring that correct tooling, procedures, test equipment and spare parts are used.
6. Implement on duty service when off time and holidays according to team leader arrangement.
7. Support other site finish the service activity when necessary.
8. Focus on agreed customer regularly to build up strong relationships and demonstrate EDWARDS support.
9. Cooperate with other department staff for fix on site issue.
10. Basic training for EDWARDS product and work BOP/SOP on site to new engineers and technicians, work with them under buddy system.
11. Implement recommended technical solutions to achieve desired improvements, thereby reducing commercial risks to EDWARDS.
12. Provide clear reports to local and overseas staff, to allow accurate assistance in resolving technical issues.
13. Finish service report and failure report on time.
14. Support team leader update the installation database every month in time.
15. Support team leader control and manage the site document and do properly update.
16. (Occasionally) responsible to purchase within defined scope upon line manager's permission and use company system.

Requirements:
1. Ability to read and use engineering drawings, and to sketch engineering requirements.
2. Practical in nature with good troubleshooting skills, able to appreciate application or product issues and their influences.
3. Command of English, both written and oral.
4. Good level of computer literacy. Good Command of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
5. Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background, with formal qualifications to college degree level an advantage.
6. Background in General vacuum equipment, Semiconductor equipment is an advantage.
7. Flexible, willing to travel all over China.
8. Commercially aware and of smart appearance, will often visit Edwards’ customers alone.
9. Commercially aware and of smart appearance. Easy communication, good team work player and good manner.
10. Self motivated, and able to work with little supervision
11. Able to operate in a Safe Manner following all Safety procedures, fulfilling safety obligations.
12. Able to cooperate with other engineers and customer engineers.
