岗位职责：
Design and high technical advisory for telecommunication infrastructure
Installation, configuration and maintenance of network and telecommunication equipment mainly on Cisco technologies
Configuration, maintenance and administration of the company's LAN and WAN worldwide network based on Cisco network equipment, TCP/IP 4, MPLS, VPN, Ethernet 6, optical network
Configuration, maintenance and administration of the company's voice telecommunication infrastructure based on Cisco VoIP technologies
Administration of user access permissions to network services and applications
Integration of network and voice technologies with Windows Active Directory
Liaise and coordinate with Telecommunication providers for scheduled maintenance, operational support and problem resolution
Support for Microsoft internal file transfer and replication technologies
Ad-hoc problem or requirement resolution in cooperation with the global team
Development and update of technical documentation
Support for asset inventory and license management
Proactive in improvement of service, process streamlining, and cost optimization
Meet and exceed all metrics in telecommunication / network service level and operational performance

任职要求：
Good English written and spoken skills.
know about SQL/DATA
know how to configure Avaya PBX and phones
Technical education, preferably in Computer Sciences
In-depth hands-on experience with Cisco network, voice and security equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VoIP PBX and terminals)
Experience with administration of TCP/IP routing, firewall configuration, VoIP, teleconferencing, MPLS, VPN
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc 举报 分享
