职位描述：
Main responsibilities
？ R&D projects:
？ Carryout Product packaging& label& leaflet Concept according to product development definition, (re-use of existing bricks / new development…)
？ On time delivery of packaging solution, make sure design can be meet product specification and pass drawing review
？ On time delivery of sample making and relevant testing
？ Details of final solution (specification –BOMs and drawings ready for FA samples)
？ Product Packaging - Box and Palletization, Size, Weight, Printings , labels Defined and quoted
？ Product FMEA
？ Design to cost
？ Quality:
？ Support IQC to do routine income component approval
？ Lead and make sure of root cause analysis through 8D methodology for the quality issues of internal & external which linked to packaging & label& leaflet design (mass production quality issues and customer complain quality issues) to archive 3D/5D/8D target.
？ Technical Request
？ Make sure all the TR projects & Customization Request (3 months & 3 weeks) on time delivery.
？ Productivity
？ Support leader to carryout cost down ideas
？ according to project time frame, on time deliver relevant design
Main activities
？ Material packaging & manual & label design bring up improved solution and follow it.
？ Internal packaging design, solve packaging problem during internal transportation.
？ Work with customer or marketing team, check the packaging design and solution, bring up improved proposal and realize the design.
？ Communicates with the local engineering personnel to co-ordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion.
？ Involve in some customer required project, accessory project, and some simple re-skin product, productivity design。
？ Support production line to run label printing program
？ Able to independently finish the assignment by superior
  Main KPI
1. On Time Delivery of Packaging& label& leaflet design for R&D projects & productivity projects: 85~90% archived.
2. 8D: archiving 3D/5D standard lead time defined by the company goal
3. On time delivery of TR projects & Customization Request: 3 months & 3 weeks
 
Organizational Relationships:
Report to mechanical group leader.

Required qualifications and/or experience :
？ Expert at AutoCAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw
？ Have basic skill of English writing, reading, listening and speaking.
？ Familiar with Office operation, such as word, excel, PowerPoint and so on.
？ Have good cooperation and communication skill with different department.


Other characteristics or qualities required :
？ Having working experience in packaging design or graphic design.
？ Positive working attitude with good initiative, team work spirit.
？ Minimum Qualifications: University degree in mechanical or packaging design. 举报 分享
