Processes and/or follow up of claims regarding delivery, quality of the product etc and of suppliers.
Supports and/or carries out root cause analysis.
Supports & organizes corrective actions/measures to permanently avoid recurrences.
- Performs internal audits & supports/assists external ( ISO-)audits
- Supervises follow up of output of audits ( findings)
Performance is measured through the results of external audits incl product certification audits
- Keeps the quality manual up to date
Suggests project to improve or stabilize the quality level;
Works together with related project owners(department leaders) to select & implement management tools to improve quality control level;
