RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Design software for Kohler K&B products on demand from marketing and other function team in EMC.

2.Design and implement software platform architecture for Kohler bidet/whirlpool products.

3.Provide detail design documentations according to EMC SW software design process.

4.Work with other EE/ME/AD/test team for draft software logic and problem tracking.

5.Support QA team to solve assemble line or field report problems. Trip may need upon requests.

1. Report to Manager-Product Engineering-Software

2. Contact with other team inside or outside EMC.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in E&E Engineering or related;

2. With minimum 3+ years of working experience in real-time embedded software development.

3. Strong high-level programming skills (C/C++), as well as good at ASM programming.

4. Familiar with at least one MCU used in mainstream industry (Microchip, Atmel, Renesas etc.)

5. Experience in implementing multi-task RTOS (uCOS, VxWorks, ThreadX, CMX etc.). Software architecture design experience is strongly preferred.

6. Experience in Android app development is referred.

7. Appropriate problem solving thinking.

8. Firmware design process and reliability considerations. Skilled in documentation.

9. Sound knowledge on electronic circuit theory, capable to use electronic instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer) for problem investigation.

10.Good communication skills. Fluent English both verbal and oral. Able to work under pressure.
