职位描述
Job Objective:
? Manages and co-ordinates Ardex China CSD & Logistics activities, including order and claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
? Ensures order processing for Ardex China and guards processing from order to delivery, in line with the Ardex processing guidelines and by using the local ERP and CRM systems so that agreements with and demands of customers are fulfilled .
? Files and report handle and management, such as: sales contract, SPR form, sales order, etc.
? Customer service and daily communication. Answers and follows-up on all incoming inquiries with regard to Ardex products from potential business partners. Ensures basic commercial and technical support and monitors dealers performance, in order to maximize turnover through these parties.
? Supports the Sales Department by maintaining and updating databases to track and manage projects. Communicate with the sales manager about lead follow up and status of projects when talking to business partners
? Update slow-moving monthly,no negative QTY of consignment stock in ERP system each end of month
? Follow up all complaints in 24 hours and give feedback to the customer in 3 days about actions taken and when solutions can be expected
? Processes invoices for Ardex China to customers after shipment of materials and approval of credit worthiness by the Finance Manager, checks payments and spots deviations.
? Stocking checking organizing, tracking and analysis
? Regular reports, such as Sales forecast report, monthly report, on time schedule
Personal Skills:
? Excellent communication, analysis and logic ability
? High working efficiency.
? Can work well under pressure.
Functional Skills:
? College degree or above
? Good English ability and be familiar with office software
? 2 years or above customer service experience.
