ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / 主 要 职 责
1. Take order from Octopus, handover from afterSales从销售得到订单
2. Work in CRM Octopus & Baan IV PCS.在Octopus & BAANI里运行售后订单。
3. Release PO from Baan IV to all suppliers including Novenco Wuxi下发采购订单给供应商，包括NOVENCO无锡工厂
4. Key sales order in Baan LN, and lauching order audit in wuxi internally作为无锡接单并启动合同评审
5. Confirm delivery date in Baan and send order confirmation to external customer。在BAAN里更新状态并直接向外部客户确认交期， 发送订单确认。
6. Coordination with customer for prices, changes, dates, delviery address关于价格，变更，日期，发货地址，与客户进行沟通协调
7. Follow up all PO status跟踪订单的执行情况
8. Coordinate with related depts to Ensure wuxi sales orders on time delivery协调相关部门确保准时发货
9. Payment from customer-follow up.客户付款的跟踪。
10. Based on wuxi rules,Make price,leadtime and stock quotation to all aftersales inquiries. 根据无锡规定，处理和回复所有售后发给无锡的询价。
11. Wuxi Inventory control, Monitor Excess and Obsolete. 存货控制和管理；
12. Other assigns by superior. 负责完成上级指派的其他工作；
JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗 位 资 格
1. Bachelor graduate above. 本科以上学历；
2. Have Customer service, Material planning & purchasing experience at least 3 years above in foreign company.三年以上外企客服，计划工作经验；
3. Well CRM & ERP knowledge, Baan or SAP, Octopus knowledge will be preferred. 丰富的ERP 操作技能；
4. High sense of responsibility, Honest,Careful, Team spirit, Hard working, fast learning. 责任心强，诚实，细心，快速的学习能力，良好的团队合作精神；
5. Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills. 较强的分析，计划和组织能力；
6. Good English skills. 英语良好；
