Job Responsibility
1. Human Resource Planning
a. Prepare and Implement SHA HR Budget
b. Supervise & summarize other location HR Budget for Region Head approval, then send to Sin HR for filing.
2. Recruitment
a. Find and select suitable recruiting channel for PRC, such as the web www.51job.com, headhunter etc.
b. Post and update PRC recruiting advertisement on the web of www.51job.com and communicate with the vendor usually and sign agreement once a year.
c. Follow recruiting and hire application flow in PRC
d. Be responsible for SHA Location recruitment.
3. Training
a. Monitor PRC Training Plan
b. Follow and organize SHA location training
4. Goal setting and Twice a year of PM Implement
5. B&C
a. Asst region head to prepare for Bonus and AI every year.
b. Salary, Benefits and welfare management in SHA.
6. Employee Relationship.
a. Supervise other locations in PRC about new joining, resignation, labor contract, labor relationship, HR Policy and so on
b. Be charge of SHA Location employee relationship
7. Window function to location HR PIC
8.Communicate with Group HR in related HR affairs
Required Competency
1. Self-motivate, high word independency and diligent attitude
2. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3.Good Command of English.
4.Strong learning ability and result oriented.
5. Excellent communication and influence capability
6. Strong sense of responsibility.
