Job Description
- According to OPD’s invoice, prepare documents which used for Customs clearance
- Connect with forwarder to booking space and do customs clearance
- Do delivery note which customer need.
- Do packing list for each container
- Follow cargo information and make sure it delivered on transportation.
- Archive files in papery and soft copy
- Record the import and export data
- According to nature and use of cargo, find the HS Code
- Monthly packing data collection
Competence Requirements
(minimum)
Desired qualifications
- Understand the basic import and export process
- Can use Customs Import and Export Tariff of the PRC
- Vouching clerk certification
- Good communication skill
- Active to work, can work under high pressure
