职位描述：
Key Tasks
? Understand, design and implement trucking solutions based on multiple internal/external buyers’ requirements;
? RFQ responding for critical and strategic customers and projects;
? Conducts regular domestics transportation market research for internal analysis, ensure our contract rate market competitiveness;
? Keep regular communication with marketing and sales team to share concern and actual requirements;
? Evaluates cost analysis and vendor comparisons for large scale projects to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations, and measures feasibility of various approaches;
? Facilitates customer’s product flow by identifying most suitable and efficient business model;
? Provides solution review and adjustment to help contract renew and customer retrain;
? Participates in customers’ meetings when required


Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
? Familiar with the know-how of China domestic trucking and railway network in terms of local domestics truckers, legal environment, operational procedures, local Customs, risks & opportunities;
? Familiar with the know-how in doing China domestic trucking and railway business


Skills & Competencies
? Experience with Domestics transportation business (Truck & Rail)and network design;
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and convey technical and design strategies to different internal/external audiences;
? Demonstrate leadership, communication and project management skill;
? Able to work independent and demonstrate multi-tasking skill


Educational background / Work experience
? University degree of Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or business equivalent
? Industry experience of minimum 2 years prefer in the field of Logistics or supply chain industry 举报 分享
