Responsibilities:
? Understand JD requirement and manage hiring process with suitable channels
? Screen applicants and select candidates
? Conduct telephone interview; face to face interview, provide assessment report for decision making
? Responsible for candidates management includes motivation, compensation, job fit and career development based on business needs and strategy
? Ensure recruiting databases and tools are timely updated
? Res. For Hiring KPI.
? Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management

Requirement:
? Bachelor or above degree, 2+ working experience in hiring function in Automotive Industry.
? Good English communication both in Written and Oral.
? Good planning skill, able to prioritize multiple tasks
? Good team player
