职位描述：
1 Assist Merch. Planning manager in building consistent merchandise planning/analyzing tools to make bottom-up OTB plan for the new season retail buy, in terms of the phasing, the depth, the product life-cycle management, to ensure the company sales and margin target is well maintained and achieved.
2 Assisting Merch Planning mgr to manage inventory monthly Forecast Process for retail stores. Bringing Finance, Merchandising, Supply/Demand Planning and Allocation together to understand current trend of business in relation to inventory position and sales potential.
3 Review inventory phasing by product category by season to maximize the stock/sales opportunity, help retail channel get right stock at right amount at right pricing in right time through presice bottom-up sales forecast
4 Preview Allocation Process. Plan work for allocation team in store tiering, initial allocation and check the allocation accuracy and punctuality.
5 Leads the preparation and communication of newness launch strategies based on merchandising guidelines, door profiles and store priorities and works closely with Logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of newness product.
6 Assist Merch. Planning manager in product reservation and sharing during free ATP stage by logical way of analyzing stock vs. sales by style.
7 Work with partner retailers to fine tune the partner assortment; make sure partner retail follow the key assortment plan of DTC to drive brand consistence among channels. 举报 分享
