职位描述

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Effectively Conduct Sales Activity with professional clinical knowledge and selling skills, which specify as follows:


· Grasp professional S&N products' features and benefits and clinical usage, know the product management and become expert. Responsible for passing S&N products information and correct protocols to HCPs, especially clinicians correctly; Responsible for conduct training to HCPs.

· Know competitors' products and being able to communicate the differences between S&N products and competitors' products to HCPs.

· Keeping contacts with major clinicians and developing new business opportunities in market;

· Working closely with HCPs, especially nurses and getting feedback from customers;

· Analyze customers and business opportunities, set up SMART plan and make sure S&N compliance policy being followed.

2) Sales Process Management:


· Set up sales forecast and sales plan, and improve the plan continuously. Execute S&N sales process and policies. Working closely with HCPs, specially nurses and getting feedback from customers;

· Fully understand company goal and target, allocate target reasonably.

3) Distributors Management and Territory Planning:


· Responsible for developing and training regional distributors within AWM team.

· Being able to build cooperation relationship with distributors and attract, select, develop and retention good distributors.

· Report accurately and timely about distributors purchasing, stock and sales data. Guide, monitor and support distributors to execute S&N strategy in order to achieve the sales target. Collect competitive information, analyze and report timely.

· Set up regional plan and allocate resource per the plan.


Requirement:

· Medical Bachelor degree or above;

· At least 4 years working experience in relevant medical industry; with at least 1 year team management experience;

· CET-6, good communication in English. Good computer skills (Excel & PPT skills) ;

· Good interpersonal and strong presentation skills;

· Can work independently, being proactive;

· Job needs frequent travel;

· Customer service Oriented;

· Strong team leadership and management skills.
