Main Responsibility
主要职责

According to products request provide rational and related equipment, prepare
device specification and manage documents, make sure the machine in good
status.
根据公司产品生产要求提供配套且合理的生产设备或设施，建立相关的设备运行流程
和管理文件，确保生产设备处于良好运行状态。

Daily Duties
日常工作

Organize personnel to finish the installment、adjustment of new machine, and
make sure the new machine can put into use eventually.
对新引进的设备，组织人员完成设备的安装、调试，保证设施、设备最终投入使用。
The Manufacturing engineer is responsible for the creation of the program based
on drawings as well as for making use of given or self-determined tools. The
Manufacturing Engineer controls the orders in regard to the completeness of
technical documentation and requests the corresponding complements. Further on
the Manufacturing Engineer plans the sequence of operations, adjusts and
programs the machines and produces samples.
制造工程师负责按照图纸要求编写数控机床程序，并合理安排制造步骤，实现样品的
制作。

Assist equipment specialist to finish the machine checking, maintain and PM.
Regularly organize the checking on the running state and security device of
machine, then find out the hidden danger and solve in time. Respond to the
maintenance requirement and timely solve the equipment failure. Carry out
corresponding maintenance plan and make sure the good situation of equipment in
process.
协助设备专员完成生产设施、设备的检查、维修、保养。定时组织检查设备的完好
率、运行状况及安全装置，及时发现隐患并排除。快速响应设备维修需求，及时有效
地解决设备故障。执行相应设备维修计划保证设备在生产运行处于良好工作状态。
According to the requirements of production、PCE or quality department,
equipment specialist needs to have reasonable improvement and meet these
requirements.
根据生产、工艺或质量要求，对现有的设备进行合理的改善，满足生产和质量需求。
Manufacturing engineer is responsible for making and updating relevant equipment
documents, including PM record、spare parts list、 tool check-in check-out log etc.
制定与更新设备相关的文档，主要包括点检维修表、备品备件清单、刀具使用记录
等。
Manufacturing engineer should specify the model of equipment parts, and reduce
the parts types. At the same time, it is necessary to rationally prepare the spare part
and make sure the safe stock. Then meet the producing requirement and reduce
the stock of spare parts.
规范设备零部件型号，减少零部件种类并按照生产需求和设备性能合理的配置设备的
备品备件和安全库存，满足生产同时又减少备件库存量。

Qualification 基本要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering, mechanical, electrical or
equivalent subject
本科学历以上，工程、机械、电气或相应专业
Good command of English in both oral and written.
良好的口头和书面英语。
With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, Access Database
较强的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格、数据库应用软件。
2 years of CNC working experience or above, mechanical manufacturing or
automotive industry background. Knowledge and experience about SIEMENS or
FANUC system is preferred.
数控车床2年以上工作经验，机械制造或汽车行业做丛业背景，熟悉西门子或者
FANUC数控系统者优先。
Constructive and effective communication skills with people of all levels.
Demonstrate good teamwork attitude.
能与公司各层员工展开建设性的、有效的沟通；并展示良好的团队工作态度。
Be proactive, positive and adaptive to new environment quickly.
