职位描述：
Responsibility:
Execute operational purchasing activities to secure delivery on time and quality during project execution, details includes:

Purchasing Order Management
1. Execute operational purchasing activities to secure delivery on time and quality during project execution,
2. Check and trace the daily purchasing work and eliminate the potential supply risk.
3. Additional transportation cost control ;

Raw Material Inventory Control
4. Safety stock& buffer stock setting and updating;Control the incoming 
Material by using “Call up “Concept
5. ECN material & non-conforming material handling;

Supplier Management :
6. Develop and maintain the relationship with suppliers ，Supplier’s Key Performance Indicators measure and Improvement.
7.  Periodic evaluation of suppliers, develop plans to promote suppliers to upgrade

Team Management :
Team Coatcing ,Training and encourging to reach department &Company Target.

Qualifications/Requirements
1.At least 5 years working experience in purchasing or supply chain management
2.Experience of complex project procurement & order  management
Experience of team management is needed.
3.Familiar with SAP MM model and Machinery working background is needed.
4.Language: fluent spoken English  and written English ability,Communicate with oversea supplier & terms negotication skill  
5.Education: BD:
6.Positive and Strong execution ability  .
7.Clear mind and work in order.
