Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Assist and support Daily incident raised by Supply Chain Management team, Delivery Center and Channel teams. Mainly focus on providing timely response on daily operation and IT problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
? Analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements
? Work with Global L2 support team and local vendors to select the IT solution to realize the business requirements
? Responsible for system realization, develop functional specification, assist business user for regular release.
? Perform integration testing, prepare user training materials and deliver end user training
? Align with Global L2 Support team and business on end-to-end change request management from initialization, formalization, development, testing to realization.
? Provide support to operation relevant applications (SAP SD, MM, adiPortal, TM check system etc.) and assist with Monthly inventory reconcile.
? Ensure all systems running stably for issue resolution and coordination of change requests and enhancement
? Attend Regional HK regular CAB meeting on demand basis.
? Onsite support in the quarterly trade meeting , ad-hoc travel required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent area
? Proven strong business process understand, data interpretation, problem solving and analytical skills.
? More than 3 years of relevant working experience with 2+ years of business solution experience
? Project management skill (PMP) is a plus.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Good written English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
? Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive work experience
