Job description
Has experiences of performing following tasks at Micro Design phase:
Provides Test Plan
Provides Test Specification
Building Test Environment
Has experiences of performing following tasks at Build/Implementation phase:
Preparation for Test Execution
Conducting TRR (Test Readiness Review)
Test for integrated technical solutions
Has experience of performing following tasks at UAT/Deploy phases:
Conducting UAT
Deployment of support organization/formation for Production
Setting up of production environment
Conducting PRR (Production Readiness Review)
Transition to Production System (Service-In)
Engagement Management
Understanding of customer hierarchy and promoting their decision process
Control of customer expectation
Build relationship with higher management of customer
Understanding of difference for perspective of risks/concerns
Resolving riskd/concerns/problems
Perform escallation
Understanding of customer's own standards for project management
Understanding of methodology and tools for project management
Language capability to realize somooth communication with customer (verbal, rreading/writing), JPL1
Attitude for producing and proposing improvement plans against concerns/problems, and leading implementation of the improvement plan
Challenging attitude with passion and strong mentality for high standard requirements from customer
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Test Planing, Test excution
English: Intermediate
Japanese: Fluent
Additional information
Knowledge and experience regarding business process of life insurance is a strong plus
Knowledge and experience of legacy host development is a plus
