职位描述：
岗位职责
- lead warehouse coordinator to manage the warehouse well.
-To be eyes and ears for MCS at warehouse
- To manage vendor relation among MCS, warehouse and vendors and Ikea related people
- To manage warehouse performance through relevant KPI
- Bridge office and warehouse communication
- Lead and influence warehouse performance
- weekly and monthly warehouse performance report
- Identify warehouse training needs, coordinate training with support from warehouse manager and office manager
- Report non-compliance issue timely and regular follow up
- to implement new working routine
- facilitate Ikea or Sup warehouse visiting
- lead and organize regular meeting with warehouse to review performance
- to be trainer to train warehouse new operation requirement
- to assure the inventory accuracy by monitor the cycle count and stocktaking process and do random check and form the report
- to take over the job of the warehouse coordinator if he/she is on leave.
- IWAY compliance monitoring
- Other tasks assigned by superior
- lead the warehouse coordinator to manage the below points:
- Safety
- Security
- Quality
- N&C package
- Capability & capacity: check the capability and capacity monthly with support from warehouse manager and area manager
- lead VAS service (scanning, Labeling, etc)
- Analyze the efficiency with the help of warehouse coordinator and try to improve it together with 2PL management
- Cost
- Inventory management (keep close watch to the inventory level and assure the safety inventory level by close work with CLP planner and SO team)
- SOP implementation(Review the SOP regularly and assure the operation is matched with our SOP, or need to update the SOP timely when the situation is changed
- KPI follow up (review the KPI regularly and try to improve it will all related parties.

2 years warehouse experience at least
Experience in consolidation and VAS
College or above
