职位描述：
Job Purpose:
Lead and drive Lean and continuous improvement activities across APAC and provide support and development of global Lean and continuous improvement activities.
Key areas of accountability:
1.Build a local infrastructure of Lean process expertise across the shop floor and management levels.
2.Drive leveraging of cross-building process excellence. Interface, lead and maintain a close relationship with global colleagues.
3.Work with senior leaders to agree, prioritize, plan, coordinate implementation and follow up on all process improvement activities.
4.Own 5S workplace organization and Lean activities
5.Establish a local culture of continuous improvement and root cause elimination through Daily Kaizen and Standard Work.
6.Deliver improvement methods and tools for site management and associates. This includes 6-step Kaizen, Six Sigma
7.DMAIC, A3 problem solving and standard work mechanisms
8.Local kaizen activity, specifically achieving the targeted business objectives
9.Providing ad-hoc support for local operations process defects
10.Provide overview & implement Lean concept across total supply chain.

Job scope:
Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, lead engineering team on daily operations and engineering related projects. Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have directly impacts to the engineering performance of the company. Tasks can be very different and require prompt and accurate judgment.
Qualification:
1.Mater in Engineering or Bachelor in a technical area
2.At least 5 years of relevant working experience within automotive quality & lean manufacturing
3.Analytical, accurate mindset and well organized.
4.Team player in multidisciplinary and international teams
5.Willing to travel internationally
6.Fluent in English and Mandarin
7.Knowledge of quality tools (8D, PDCA, FMEA, Minitab,…) statistical tools (SPC, DOE, …) and quality assurance systems (ISO TS 16949) is an asset.
8.Experience with implementation of Lean Manufacturing ( Kaizen, Hejunka, Kanban, Poka Yoke, Andon…)
9.Strong communication skills at all levels and solid experience in people management
