职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1.Work as part of the R&D team on developing new mechanical device products;
2.Under general direction, responsible for designing new products or parts of new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products;
3.Design and develop solutions, according to project targets and requirements；
4.Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, system layout, customer standards etc.);
5.Involved in conceptual development and detailed design of a new product;
6.Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, design test jigs for prototype and component test;
7.Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers;
8.Support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement of existing design;
9.To perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

1.1. Bachelor degree or higher in instrumentation, machinery or electrical, or mechanotronics and related specialties;
2.At least 6~10 years work experience in R&D with new product development experience;
3.Experience with R&D processes;
4.Familiar with tooling design and customized automation machine design, can make solution for design independently, probably strong technical background in the material testing field;
5.Attention to detail/self-directed and able to work under minimal supervision;
6.Knowledge of 3D mechanical software, preferably Solidworks;
7.Be able to use Microsoft Office, ERP, Outlook;
8.Very good English Language in speaking and writing;
9.Good teamwork, readiness to learn and to work hard. 举报 分享
