岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

Job Objective

1 Carrying out quality tasks in production with regard to customer complaint management and auditing, as well as with regard to the professional and technical correct application of production-related quality tools and methods.

2 Implementation and advance development of the product and process specifications required by the QM system.

3 Steering of Q-improvement projects on the basis of improvement plans and supporting process planners / engineers in projects with new products and plants.

4 Instructing on test procedures and methods, as well as recording and evaluating test results to secure product quality on the basis of existing documents.

Tasks / Area of Responsibility

1 Coordination of the validation and release of F-samples according to internal and external specifications, through to customer release (in agreement with Q-planner in development if necessary)

2 Preparation of customer-related quality documents for initial sampling in the case of changes to series parts and/or for variants and takeover devices, and distribution of these to those affected

3 Testing and evaluating the required sample test results, taking internal and external guidelines (customer requirements) into account, as well as holding agreement and release meetings with internal and external posts in agreement with the superior

4 Preparation of the required documents during the processing of customer complaints (e.g. 8D report, Plans of Action)

5 Drawing up risk analyses; preparing and implementing remedial measures with those responsible

6 Timely processing of quality requirements according to the PEP for new projects

7 Testing and validating the effects of customer change wishes taking quality aspects into account

8 Involvement in supplier selection for new projects

9 Drawing up and updating the quality assurance plan for series production, manufacturing flow diagram, test plans and documenting the change life cycle after SOP for the project

10 Planning and specifying the scope of tests to accompany series production (e.g. re-qualification test) and coordination of the implementation, comparison and change of the scope on account of current problems

11 Agreement with development and process planning with regard to quality-related contents of requirement specifications for testing and measuring equipment. Ensuring examinations of machine, process and testing equipment capability

12 Statistical evaluation and preparation of Q-key performance indicators, indication and drafting of possibilities of product and process optimization in series production. Carrying out risk management talks, as well as advising those affected with regard to project-related quality matters.

13 Monitoring customer-specific supplier evaluation in the Hella data systems with regard to quality and information of those affected in critical situations

14 Arrangement, coordination, monitoring of sorting and reworking activities with internal and external posts in agreement with superiors and those affected

15 Planning and carrying out training in agreement with QPM (e.g. Q-tools and Q-procedures)

16 Involvement in or carrying out internal and external product and method audits for new products or series production

17 Involvement in preparing or updating P-FMEA and other quality-related documents

18 Support for process planning for new products and changes to series products

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1 Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering (Polytechnic) or electrical Engineering (Polytechnic)

2 Up to 2-year job related experiences, warranty and automotive working experience preferred

3 Fluent English, verbally and written
