Position Title: Construction Manager
Department: Construction & Design
Duties and responsibilities:
PROJECTS
? Planning, executing and coordinating stores construction and remodeling projects.
? Coordination of stores construction development: from site survey, kick off meeting, design and technical assessment, construction setup to project handover (vendors / store operation, facility management),
? Overseeing each location specificities
? Scheduling, adapting and coordinating all types of design developments during construction processes including HVAC / M&E
? Monitoring necessary licenses or permits procurement (submission / approvals)
? Ensuring project are completed within budget, in specify time and quality
? Ensuring on material procurement and installation high quality standard.
? Evaluate and Initiate processes standardization
VENDORS
? Overseeing the selection of trade contractors and general contractors who are ideal for the completion of a project within budget.
? Selecting, hiring, and overseeing contractor’s works.
? Support contractors work and direct them to achieve higher performance levels.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree or above, Project management / construction major is preferred
? >5 yrs relative working experience in construction / Retail / PM
? Working experience in international retail brands preferred.
? >3 yrs projects supervisory experience or above level
? Strong experience on material selection, fitting out / Detail oriented
? Excellent organization and coordination skills / Teamwork spirit,
? Excellent communication, negotiation skill, (negotiation with Landlord / contractors)
? Able to work under pressure (supervise 4/5 projects simultaneously in tight schedule)
? Willing to travel frequently (average of 3 times per months based on the company development)
