Position Summary
To lead process development team to support new project industrialization and improve current process.
Main Accountabilities
? To be leader of process development team, guarantee high level performance of the department, provide training for staff.
? Organization improvement.
? Technical support for quotations.
? Organize resource for industrializtion of new projects.
? Organize resource for process improvement in production.
Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas
? Projects realization within budget and timing requirement.
? Production cost reduction.
? Production quality improving.
Internal & External Working Relationships
Key player to link Sales, Project management, Controlling, Production.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Education/Major:
Bechalor degree or above, major in mechanical or engineering related.
Experiences:
? 8+ years process experience in manufacturing industry.
? At least 3 years experience as supervisor or manager of process development.
? Technical background necessary.
? Experience of Lean Production will be a plus.
Certificates:
Knowledge & Skills:
? Familiar with production process and working process (pleating, injection, plastic welding, assembly).
? Be familiar with quality tools(APQPPPAP,SPC,FMEA) and customer requirement.
? Strong communication skills and ability of organization and coordination.
Foreign language/Computer ability:
? Fluent in English listening, speaking and written, German will be a plus.
? Good at MS Software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.)
Personal Quality:
? Team work spirit.
? Responsible.
? Good interpersonal relation.
