I. Objective of the position:
1. To satisfy our customers by handling the customer orders and customer communication effectively.
2. To be an active role supporting sales to ensure profitable growth of the company.
3. To coordinate existing customer orders in close co-operation with other dep.
II. Tasks:
1. Customer order Handling: Receive and check order, give order confirmation for customer; Operate sales order in ERP system; Handling order changes and updating on time; Improve on time delivery performance; Record customer complaints , and handle replacements, return actions; Keep good files for full customer information according to ISO and company policy requirements
2. Customer Communication: Gathering customer forecast; Order and delivery status or changes feedback and communication; Work with Sales to establish and maintain customer business relationships; Develop skills and knowledge to better solve customer issues; Improve customer satisfaction
3. Internal Communication: Paper work, customer and order information forwarding to internal departments on time and accurately; Support production scheduling, and take part in production meeting; Provide sales data and report; Establish relationships with other department to get effective support and satisfy customer requirements
4. Logistics and delivery arrangement: Delivery planning and updating; Logistics arrangement to customer, and track result; Delivered products record; Assist to logistics company management and cost saving
5. Export and Import: Handle import and export activities of tools, machines, material and finish goods etc.
6. Other Supports
III. Required skills and knowledge:
1. Bachelor's Degree required in English, Commerce, Trading, or related.
2. 1-2 years job-related work experience at least, facing sales, customer service, order management or logistics role within a product manufacturing environment is preferred
3. Good spoken and written English, MS Office skills. ERP operation preferred.
4. Master import & export, or marketing, or basic manufacturing industry knowledge
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills, planning and implementation capacity.
6. Team work spirit, responsible, careful, diligent
