职 责

1. To manage and supervise the production programs for his/her area of control.

2. To dispose and prepare not only the equipments, but also the work places of the section.

3. To assign the operators to the different job positions depending on their technical knowledge and skills.

4. To encourage and motivate the team under his supervision to achieve the production objectives.

5. To control and supervise the optimum performance of people, work places and equipments.

6. To ensure an appropriate administration and use of the consumption materials.

7. To watch over the fulfilment of the production and quality policy standards.

8. To guarantee the fulfilment of the Labour Health and Safety policies and procedures in the section under its responsibility.

9. To implement the necessary measures of budget control.

10. To report the Production Manager, or failing him, the Plant Manager about the main effectiveness and efficiency ratios of its responsibility area.

11. When there is no Production Manager, to take part in the Plant Committee representing the section.
