职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
    (1) A strong concern for the safety of all employees;
？(2) Support the Engineering Manager with regard to various chemical/process engineering issues (Chemical Engineer) or mechanical/equipment engineering issues (Mechanical Engineer);
？(3) Prepares the information required for the approval of the projects (e.g. feasibility studies, cost estimations)
？(4) Prepare project design basis and scope (Front-End-Engineering) including technology selection, flow-sheets (PFD and P&ID), mass and energy balances, equipment dimension design (rotating equipments, static equipments, units, etc.), equipment specification, layouts;
？(5) Execute and control design-engineering phase of projects, including process design calculations, equipment and material choice and detailed design of equipment with drawings for procurement, technical clarifications with other internal disciplines (e.g. CSA, E&I, piping, procurement) or external contractors;
？(6) Provide necessary input to prepare cost estimates and project schedules in support of project planning. Cost estimates and project schedules should be analyzed for accuracy, and completeness;
？(7) Interact with construction and site personnel (e.g. plant-manager, process-engineers,production-engineers, maintenance-engineers) to ensure that the plant is constructed according to plans, communicate with team members regarding any changes, deviations and progress during project execution;
？(8) Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems;
？(9) Represent the owner interests in the project towards the Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies, etc.;
？(10) Provide technical support during start-up including “trouble-shooting” ;
？(11) Accompany the close out of the project by establishing punch lists and acceptance protocols, preparation or checking of as-built drawings, cost and project reconciliation and take part in the lessons learned session at the end of the project;
？(12) Search actively for opportunities to improve project performance during all phases;
？(13) Establish local know-how in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project members/teams.
？(14) Check and verify our Pharma facilities and equipment & make periodical maintenance plan as required by GMP and our internal documents.
Job Requirements:
1, Education:BS degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
2, Language:Good verbal and written command of English including reading of western equipment manuals
3, IT & other skills:Proficiency in office software tools.
4, Working Experience:
   5+ years experience in Chemical / Petrochemical Industry
  Be familiar with the typical equipment in a chemical production plants.
  Experience in project execution and/or management is required.
  Strong background in mechanical and/or chemical engineering is required.
