About the company:

Key Responsibilities:
？ Manage Mechanical Engineering R&D Team in the development of flow measurement products for the Chinese market;
？ Complete global training program;
？ Work with sales, marketing, quality, and supply chain teams to identify product localization opportunities, Define testing and interpret results from flow laboratory;
？ Work with supply chain group and quality team to qualify new suppliers in China and internationally;
？ Interact with customers to understand flow measurement applications to better meet customer requirements;
？ Manage Fluid Flow Test Lab Team to test prototypes and ensure product performance, quality, and robustness;
？ Conduct product testing and experimentation to evaluate development results. Analyse and report technical results to global engineering teams;
？ Through CIP, always strive to comply with ISO 9000/14000/18000 in everything we do every day; having Think-Customer in mind.
 
Key Requirements:
？ Proven Track record of leading successful product development programs;
？ 3 or more years leading Mechanical Engineering team developing electro mechanical products;
？ 5 or more years developing new products and implementing changes to existing product;
？ Mechanical Engineering (comparable to B.S. Degree in USA could also be Aerospace Engineer);
？ Master's Degree would be a plus but is not required;
？ In good physical status;
？ Proven track record of developing successful new products and managing an industrial products development team;
？ Design, analysis, and development of metal products with welded components;
？ Static or Dynamic Stress analysis of metal products and welded components (Finite Element Analysis is not required but would be very beneficial);
？ Design and Development of industrial electro mechanical products required to withstand extreme conditions(winter cold and summer heat and humidity);
？ Ability to work with marketing teams to understand customer requirements and identify new opportunities and product improvements;
？ Experience working with international engineering teams;
