3、保持与物业联系，及时汇报并解决问题；

5、执行上级安排的其他工作；

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，熟练操作办公自动化软件；
2、外貌端庄、大方，声音甜美，亲和力强；
3、工作主动性、纪律性强，认真负责；
