1. 与经销商共同开发工程项目;
Develop projects with distributors;
2. 定期完成项目销售预测及完成销售目标;
In charge of regular sales forecast and achievement of the OP target;
3. 维护、开发及管理经销商,培训经销商产品知识及销售技巧;
Provide product knowledge and sales skill for distributors while develop and maintain customers;
4. 按公司的要求完成项目报备,对重点项目进行跟踪并掌握项目动态发展,定期撰写销售报告;
Track the key project and report the dynamic information per the business requirements;
5. 负责收集项目的各种有关信息并及时反馈,负责客户档案的整理、更新;
Collect project information and feedback timely as well as the customer files update;
6. 与当地高端设计院、设计公司、开发商、及行业相关战略伙伴保持良好的关系,并定期举办产品及解决方案沟通会;
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with the local high-end designing institute, decoration companies, developers and strategic cooperation partners;
7. 针对销售市场情况,提出营销建议;
Make reasonable suggestions based on the market situation;
8. 上级安排的其他事项。
Other works assigned by supervisor.
任职条件 Qualifications:
1. 大专及以上学历,机械、电子、市场营销及其相关专业;
College degree or above, major in mechanical, electronics, marketing or other related majors;
2. 有工程项目销售经验, 五金产品销售经验及外企工作经验者优先;
Above 2 years' project sales experience, hardware sales experience or work experience in foreign companies is preferred;
3. 有设计院,装饰公司,幕墙公司等资源者优先;
Possess social resources like designing institute, decoration company, curtain wall and door factory is preferred;
4. 熟悉美标五金,经销商开发,懂得相关产品知识和执行标准;
Proficient in hardware product, distributor development and the ANSI&EN standard;
5. 有较好的销售及沟通技巧,态度积极;
Good sales skills, communication skills and positive attitude;
6. 较好的抗压和学习能力。
Good learning and pressure tolerating ability.
