职位描述：

1. Handle customers’ complaints and provide prompt response;
2. Lead related engineering/production for root cause analysis of failure found at customers’ sides and lead the team in implementation of corrective actions, follow up and assess their effectiveness in timely manner;
3. Survey customers’ satisfaction and improve service quality;
4. Maintain RMA record
5. Monitor product quality throughout all processes for assigned products;
6. Communicate within and across company wide on product quality;
7. Collaborate with Flex and SMT engineering groups on quality problem solving, provide assistance in troubleshooting;
8. Keep track daily non-compliance of product and customer complaint;
9. Feedback any nonconformance of product quality to related department and push improve quality level, .follow up their correction actions and assess their effectiveness.

资格要求:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering is preferred;
2. At least 2 years’ experience of quality control/management;
3. FPCB or PCB related work experience will be preferable.
4. Meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast pace environment;
5. Ambitious with an appetite to achieve more. Good professionalism and integrity.
6. Good command in English spoken and written is needed.
