职位描述：
1. MISSION:

? Carry out the product design to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the products giving support to the project teams, with the objective of reaching cost, quality and timing goals established by the direction.

2. GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:

? Projects underdevelopment:
o Ensure an effective relation with the client from the technician point of view, with the collaboration of the Technical master and supervisor.
o On-site support to the customer for quick feasibility studies, collecting the information about the ongoing developments, anticipating customer needs and influencing in the designs at earliest stage to assure that FICOSA develops the most suitable product for each application.
o Take part in the product and process AMFE’s, assuring that lessons learnt read across from other TIER1 are also given by the customer.
o
? Product life cycle:
o Along with the KAM, keep updated the VAVE list of the concerned customer, tracking the status of each proposal internally or external.
o Keep customer
o Support FICOSA plants in case of quality concern with DESIGN as probable caused. Assure that those risk are communicated and an on time to all regions which industrialize this design or similar.
? Business development:
o Keep updated and communicate internally the platform and product strategy of the assigned customer on regard to the products under his/her responsibility, and surveillance of any other which suits in Ficosa portfolio.
o Give support to the business unit, informing Product engineering director, analyzing competitively improvement in cost, quality and product functional character matters, adopting technical progress solutions from the competitors’ analysis and the benchmarking.

3. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION & LANGUAGUES & EXPERTISE)

Academic background: University Degree in Engineering

Additional training:
N/A

Languages:
English (Advanced Level),
Additional language depending on assigned customer (Advance level)

Minimum Experience required: 3/5 years as product engineer


4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable, to have:
1. Previous experience in industrial processes, STA or PQE, to support on-site feasibility studies.
