Position Title: Project Sales Manager
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under the direction of the Sr. Project Sales Manager - East region, this position is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies targeted at project activities in respective region. The incumbent is required to manage and coordinate project development execution, maintain close relationship with distributors, developers and designers, introduce new The company products, and monitor after-sales service.
Specific Responsibilities
Understand and monitor The company's distributors, competitors and other market information.
Maintain a close connection with major specifies, interior contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry respective region.
Coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budget of project development execution in respective region.
Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term project sales network.
Recommend, guide, develop and assess new project sales network.
Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints.
Coordinate the project activities in respective region in order to achieve the sales objectives.
Provide training and guidance to the Sales Executive - Project to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of project market and new residential market.
Maintain the competitiveness of the project sales activities and be well-versed on the project market situation and the competition.
Maintain The company China management being informative on the project market situation by providing information on competitor's products, developer's business strategies and other related information advantageous to the company.
Perform additional projects assigned by the Regional Sales Manger and/ or the management.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Report to the Sr. Project Sales Manager - East region.
Frequently contact with the Sales Executive - Project in respective region.
Frequent contacts with Marketing and Central Customer Service Center personnel.
Frequently contact with major specifies, designers, builders, developers and the lodging industry in respective region.
Education AND experience REQUIREMENTS
College graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept.
At least eight years experience in project development or sales management preferably gained from plumbing or durable consumer products industries, and three years experience in managing distributor and market development.
Good leadership, training, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
