Scope of work:
- Work at ESG's customer (OEM) site, to understand and comply with this OEM's process and procedures.
- Propose processes as needed to ensure successful program delivery.
- Understand the product specifications, and contribute to this specification using CR process.
- Lead/participate in formal supplier specification compliance review, and communicate the product specification to supplier to ensure all requirements are clearly understood

- Establish clear list of supplier technical deliverables with appropriate timing and develop individual MS Project Work Plan with the supplier to support overall project work plan and timing
- Define product development schedule with supplier
- Participate in establishing and documenting clear supplier technical deliverables acceptance criteria
- Manage supplier's technical counterpart to ensure deliverables are high quality, delivered on time in accordance with Work Plan and delivered within budget
- Manage the supplier to deliver a product that meets all the requirements
- Develop test & validation plan.
- Develop test cases according to telematics/infotainment product or functional specifications.
- Develop validation test acceptance criteria and communicate it to the supplier
- Conduct radio / navigation system testing and verification of audio / telematics component
- Validate the final SW and HW with the supplier to ensure specification compliance was met
- Travel as required (up to 10 times per year)

Education level:
- Bachelor degree or above

Specialization:
- Automotive/vehicle Engineering
- Electric and Electronics Engineering
- Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering
- Other related discipline

Job Skill Requirements:
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) capability
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Advanced capability in MS Office and MS Project software
- Familiarization with DOORS or other specification development software
- Ability to clearly communicate technical specification and regulatory requirements to suppliers
- Understanding of general automotive technologies, including CAN/LIN, diagnostic, real-time operational system and vehicle E/E
- Understanding of automotive electronic product development process in the field of SW / HW / ME
- Skills in EBOM, issue tracking, change management and requirement management
- Expert in tuner, audio / video handling, BT / USB protocol and HMI design principles
- Ability to work with cross-functional team of management and project managers (domestic and overseas) and take ownership and responsibility to get issues solved
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS or MS in Electrical or Automotive Engineering
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital / analog electronic product development
- Famous Tier 1 supplier work experience is a plus
