职位描述：
职位描述：
1、负责带领业务团队开拓国际市场，联系国外客户，寻求订单，并领导商务谈判和合同签订；
2、负责国际业务工作流程与管理制度的制定、优化与稽核；
3、负责公司国际业务的战略规划，业务整合，市场营销方案的执行；
4、负责重要客户的跟进，维护；
5、负责外贸订单的评估，跟踪和管理，并能对下属业务人员提供业务支持，并能够带领下属出色完成任务；
6、组织国际贸易业务员工的培训和考核。

任职要求：
1、23~35岁；
2、大专及以上学历，国际贸易，英语，食品相关专业；
3、有良好的英语书面和口头表达能力，英语-6级以上；
4、有2年以上医药化工原料或保健品原料或食品原料相关外贸业务工作经验，有较强的独立开发海外客户的经验；
5、熟悉贸易进出口业务的操作流程及相关法律法规，具备扎实的外贸专业知识；
6、很强的沟通和谈判能力，团队合作精神，责任心强，具有较强的抗压能力，愿意接受挑战；
7、具有较强的管理、领导，处理问题的能力，热爱外贸行业并期望推动外贸行业进步。
8、具有良好的职业道德和操守，严守公司商业机密，遵守公司制度，不得以公司名义做违法违规的事宜。
