职位描述：
Lead cross-functional projects on Omni-Channel and Digital Transformation

Key Responsibility:
Omni-channel:
- Drive the transformation of the company towards a full omni-channel model
- Lead the deployment of different O2O bricks in terms of customer experience and service
- Listen to the market trend in terms of new O2O opportunities, identify their business benefits and initiate new projects
Digital transformation:
- Design and lead projects related to company’s Digital transformation strategy
- Lead Digital Transformation projects to improve customer’s experience in stores or during online shopping, and improve company’s efficiency through Big Data
Projects:
- Be accountable for projects delivery quality, on-time delivery and within budget
- Lead virtual teams during projects (internal and external with vendors)

Other Requirements:
- Strong project managements skills, proven with previous projects management experience
- Good ability to design new systems architectures, new dataflows and new processes
- Good understanding of modern retail environment (online & offline) and technological trends
- Good leadership
