工作地点：

-浦东新区张江

岗位职责：

-协助大客户经理完成人事代理、人事外包服务的项目销售及服务；

-做好业务热线的接听、判断、答复；
-独立完成大客户的持续服务及维护，提升客户满意度；

-深度了解大客户需求，主动解决大客户定制服务过程中的咨询、疑问、难点；

-把握销售机会点，做好二次开发；

-及时反馈客户需求、市场变化，提出改进工作及新行销思路、建议。

任职要求：
-大专或本科学历；
-有销售工作或实习经验者优先；
-学习能力突出，快速掌握该业务及产品知识，能完成服务方案撰写；
-擅于沟通，承受较强工作压力，希望挑战高薪 ；
-正直、诚恳、勤奋，有团队合作意识；
-能熟练操作办公软件（outlook、ppt等）。
