职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Negotiate pricing for China export trade lanes for spot FCL rates;
- Manage the implementation of a new ERP system, improve the capabilities of this tool for the Company and support the training of your colleagues
-Assist the VP Quality & Compliance in analyzing business processes to acquire a deeper understanding of the company´s operations, internal web platforms & digital products and utilize this acquired knowledge to identify and implement improvements
- Be the spokesperson for technology for the Asia-geo and work closely together with the headquarters in France
- The negotiation and contracting of 3rd party technology providers/suppliers and software vendors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of work experience in change management, consulting, logistics, technology or related field
- Excellent written and oral English communication and strong interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of coding languages or managing web platforms (think PHP/SQL).
   
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Rigorous analytical problem solving communicating findings to the senior management
- Experience working on a cross-functional, high impact team
- A good affinity with Lean, Six Sigma terminology and implementation
- A good understanding of freight-forwarding business and operation processes
- Deep understanding of ERP systems; a big plus for CargoWise (www.wisetechglobal.com)
- A basic plus knowledge of French and/or Chinese
