职位描述：
销售培训职能：
1、根据销售策略和全国销售培训方案制定销售培训计划；
2、通过与学员间的互动跟进培训绩效；
3、实施区域培训以增进销售团队的相关知识及其应用；
销售稽核职能：
1、完善稽核管理规范制度，确保市场规范有序；
2、负责计划执行过程中的监控与稽核，评估稽核结果，确保市场统一化，规范化；
3、检核计划锁定执行，并依据计划稽核结果制定汇总稽核档案材料，为相关部门提供有效支持；
4、协调沟通相关部门，计划执行结果汇总报告进行研讨总结，发现问题点，找出改进方法。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、2年以上大型快消品公司传统渠道销售主管经验；
3、具有快消品行业稽核、督查经验；
4、良好的沟通交流能力，有服务意识，富有团队合作精神；
5、踏实勤奋，抗压力强；
