职位描述：
岗位主要职责描述：
1、 每月审核服务部和销售部的物料申请，确保合理有效；
2、 根据公司的营业情况和销售进度，确定物料的安全库存量；
3、 每月底和采购进行沟通，根据物料申请和安全库存量制定下月的采购计划；确保服务所需物料的库存供给和销售部销售产品所需的库存供给以及库存物品的质量安全；
4、 审核服务部临时的物料申请和仓库管理员的物料申请，确保合理有效；
5、 管理和督促仓库管理员做好物料的入库和配送工作，并及时的完成财务系统的入账和发货的工作；
6、 协助财务部每月定期对仓库进行盘点，发现帐、物不符时，找出原因及时调帐或上报公司领导处理；
7、 指导仓库管理员做好排面的陈列整理，合理充分利用仓库的使用面积；
8、 对残次品、库存时间较长的物料和临近保质期的物料向公司提出处理意见；
9、 负责制定和修订仓库工作程序及管理制度，完善仓库管理的各项流程和标准；
10、 对仓库人员进行工作指导、业务知识培训。
11、 完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、 熟悉仓库运作流程，电脑操作熟练；
2、 熟悉物流管理流程和操作， 熟悉物流环节，有较好的人际沟通、组织管理能力，熟悉多种仓库物料管理流程；
3、 具备良好的敬业精神，工作认真负责，积极主动，沟通能力和接受能力强；
4、 有一定的英文基础；
5、 有仓储或本行业仓管、仓库日常管理经验优先。 举报 分享
