1. Analyzingcustomer and system requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequencesof remote key and door handle projects.

分析客户测试要求，创建遥控钥匙和门把手项目的相应测试用例及序列。

2. Createand manage the validation test documentation according to customer & Hellarequirements.

根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档。

3. Createtest cases, test sequences and fixtures for the function test, validation testand raff test.

创建功能类测试、验证测试以及非标准测试的相关测试方案和夹具。

4. CreateUID and Door handle testing DVP for global and local customer, evaluate andcontrol the quality, cost and scheduler of whole test.

创建遥控钥匙和门把手测试DVP大纲，制定预算并严控测试成本，质量，时间

5. Supportwith fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle (proto/samples/validation/ analysis/ complaints/requalification ...).

产品周期各阶段验证（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉/年检等）。

6. Ifnecessary could attend over sea training.

如有需要，能参加海外的培训。

7. Playthe role as a core team member in specified project as well as a system testmanger to manger all system test, include function test and validation test.

作为项目接口同时扮演系统测试管理角色，管理所有系统级测试包功能以及验证性测试。

8. Permanentlyimprove and develop the test methods and test tools for remote key and doorhandle in Hella Shanghai test Lab.

海拉电子实验室内部遥控钥匙和汽车把手相关测试方法及测试设备的长期完善和开发。

9. Otherjob assigned by Department Manager.

部门经理安排的其他工作。

Necessaryrequirements 任职资格

1. Atleast bachelor degree in Engineering. E&E related is preferred.

工程专业本科及以上学历，电子电器相关专业优先考虑。

2. 3~5years of experience in testing activity of Automotive Electronics products.(2~3 years for the postgraduate)

三至五年以上汽车产品测试经验。(2~3年经验对于研究生)

3. DeepKnowledge of Automotive Electronics testing: customer requirements, testingstrategy, testing specifications. Experience in DOORS/MKS is preferred.

深度理解汽车电子测试：客户需求，测试策略，测试标准。有DOORS/MKS丰富使用经验更佳。

4. AdvancedKnowledge of Automotive Project Development Process and Quality Documents. Suchas PPAP/ TS16949/ VDA.

了解汽车行业项目开发流程，及质量体系文件，如PPAP/TS16949/ VDA等。

5. Knowledgeof FMEA, knowledge of Failure analysis for automotive components.

了解汽车零部件产品的FMEA和失效分析。

6. FluentEnglish, both oral and written, knowing Germany are preferred.

英语读写熟练, 懂德语者优先考虑。

7．Self-motivationfor learning new techniques, products, processes.

能主动学习新技术，产品和流程。

8．Responsibleand can work under pressure.
